Covid-19

If you find you have been exposed to Covid-19 or are feeling un-well, we kindly ask that you refrain from in-person practice for 5 days accordance with CDC guidelines.

Masks

We respectfully ask that if a mask mandate is instituted in Monroe County that you wear your mask while in the public spaces of the building and within the studio space until you make it to your mat. If you prefer to keep your mask on while practicing, please feel free to do so.

Currently there is no mask mandate in effect in Monroe County, so we will leave it up to you if you wish to wear a mask at any time within the space.
